Lemon Water Diet

Resep membuat lemonade

  • 2 sendok makan air perasan lemon
  • 2 sendok makan mapple syrup asli (bukan artifisial)
  • 1/10 sendok teh cayenne pepper (bubuk)
  • air panas

Cara :

  • minum lemonade 6-12 gelas sehari
  • lakukan selama 10 hari
  • tidak boleh mengkonsumsi makanan dan minuman lain
  • teh mint boleh dikonsumsi
